Workshop FAQs

Do I need to book?

Yes, call us on 01162623278 or email us on to check availability.

We generally book up around 2 weeks in advance, however at peak period (Christmas/Easter) we can get very busy.

Occasionally there is a cancellation and we’ll usually advertise these on our social media


Do I need a Workshop Golden Ticket?

No you don’t. If you’re gifting the Workshop experience then a ticket makes a great gift.

If you’re booking the experience for yourself then you can choose whether to order tickets or pay on the day,

we’ll need to know which your preference is when you book.

Workshop Golden Tickets don’t have an expiry date and can be redeemed against our All Year Round, Easter or Christmas Workshops.


Are there vegan options available?

Yes! Please let us know of your dietary requirements when you book and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.


Do you do corporate/team building Workshops?

to your business, budget and schedule.


How long will the treats in my goodie bag last?

Our ganache is freshly made so your truffles will last up to one week.

Your bar will last up to a year depending on your choice of toppings

If gifting your goodies, please be aware of allergens.


Is there disabled access?

Our Workshop take place on the first floor, and we do not have a lift.

How do I store my Cocoa Amore chocolate?

We advise you enjoy your Cocoa Amore goodies as soon as possible. However, if you’re wanting to save them for a special occasion, somewhere cool, dry, and away from direct sunlight is best. DO NOT refrigerate as chocolate will absorb moisture and odours in the fridge. Chocolate is happiest in temperatures between 14-20 degrees and humidity levels no higher than 40% to ensure they maintain their quality and taste!

How long will my chocolates last?

All products have a ‘Best Before End Of’ date on the packaging.

Here is an outline of our Noir Range expiry dates:Signature Selection: 4 months.
Fondants (200g): 9-12 months
Drinking Chocolate (220g): 9-12 months
French Vanilla (200g): 9-12 months
Orange Peel (120g): 12-18 months
Candied Ginger (120g): 12-18 months
Coffee Beans (120g): 12-18 months
Chocolates Bars (30g/100g): 9-12 months
Filled Bars (120g): 4-6 months
Mendiants (150g): 12-18 months

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

All of our online orders are packaged in maize-based packing peanuts which are 100% biodegradable.Our Noir Range chocolates are packaged in cardboard sleeves with metal lids and bottoms. These can be recycled.

Are your chocolates gluten, dairy, nut free?

All of our chocolates and products are made in an environment where the following allergens are present: PEANUTS, NUTS, DAIRY, GLUTEN, EGG, SOYA, SESAME. Our chocolatiers practise the highest standard of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness to avoid any cross-contamination. However, they may contain traces of these allergens even if they’re not included in production.

We stock some other brands which are 100% free of these:
Chocolat Madagascar – Soya free, dairy free
Firetree – Nut free, dairy free, vegan-friendly, kosher certified, halal friendly

Are your chocolates suitable for vegetarians?

All of our products are suitable for vegetarians except for our products containing marshmallows. Even though our chocolatiers do their utmost to prevent cross-contamination, please note our Vegan/Vegetarian/Dairy free products are prepared in the same environment with the rest of our product range.  All of our Vegan products display a ‘V’ icon in the image.

Do you have chocolates to suit my dietary needs?

Can I put a personalised message in my order for the recipient?

When ordering online there is a ‘comments’ section as you go through to checkout. Enter your message in this box and we’ll sort the rest.
